Welcome to Insurance-Talk.com!

The boards are currently unavailable, sorry for the inconvenience.

This site consists of a series of insurance related message boards, most of which are set up by line of coverage or area of interest. Our objective is to provide a central location where producers, underwriters, reinsurers, claims people, etc. can get together and talk about coverage issues, markets, etc. By splitting the discussions up by line, for example, experts in one part of the country can easily exchange ideas with experts from another part of a country -- all the while, providing a bit of an education for a novice in a third part of the country.

There are also a couple of non-insurance boards – one for politics and one for all other "off topic" discussions. Regular posters tend to develop friendships that transcend a line of coverage -- and the news of the day sometimes overwhelms everything else.

Please do not use these boards to advertise your products. If somebody asks about a who-ha program and you have a who-ha program, then by all means mention it. But starting threads to advertise your products or services is a no-no. Such threads will be removed and repeated offenses will get you banned.

We ask that you conduct yourself professionally at all times. These boards are generally un-moderated but if we begin to see profanity, advertisements, criticisms of individuals or competitors (or Anchor Bay!) then we will have to consider pass-wording the boards or even removing them altogether. Please report offenders to the Post Police.

One final caveat... Various posters will give opinions as to coverage and/or the meaning of policy language. In many cases, if not most cases, that information will be incorrect or incomplete. Anchor Bay Insurance Managers, Inc. accepts no responsibility, indeed, specifically disavows any and all responsibility for the accuracy of the information contained in all posts on any of these message boards.

This site is now up and working. However, we have not begun to promote the site and probably won't for some time. But word of mouth is a powerful tool, so have at it.
